This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
β’ Create and implement collections strategies across various stages of delinquency (from early to late-stage), focusing on enhancing cure rates, roll rates, and customer engagement.
β’ Utilize data analytics and segmentation to formulate targeted treatment strategies (including SMS, digital outreach, calls, and legal routing).
β’ Lead test-and-learn frameworks, which encompass control/treatment design, performance assessment, and statistical validation.
β’ Identify customer segments based on behavioral, risk, and engagement data to refine outreach and recovery approaches.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Digital Vendors) to execute compliant and scalable strategies.
β’ Track key performance indicators (e.g., RPC%, PTP%, liquidation curves, roll rates) and provide insights to leadership.
β’ Ensure all strategies comply with regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., TCPA, FDCPA, CFPB guidance).
β’ Assist in digital transformation projects, including automation and vendor integrations.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is required; a Graduate degree is preferred.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience is required.
β’ Strong PC skills, including advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with a range of PC-based analytical and reporting software.
β’ Experience with relational databases and the Extract Transform Load (ETL) process using common programming languages such as SQL or SAS.
β’ Knowledge of various analytical or reporting tools, including SAS, R, Matlab, Tableau, etc.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are necessary for interpreting data and drawing conclusions.
β’ Background in data modeling and risk management, preferably from business administration, statistics, mathematics, science, or finance.
