Collections Specialist, Bilingual English/Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls with professionalism and efficiency.

• Facilitate payment arrangements and address delinquent accounts.

• Maintain regular follow-up communication with clients.

• Accurately record all interactions and updates related to accounts.

• Ensure adherence to FDCPA guidelines and collection regulations.

• Strive to meet and surpass both individual and team performance objectives.

• Uphold professionalism and composure during difficult conversations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in BPO collections is mandatory.

• Experience in third-party collections is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of FDCPA and compliance regulations surrounding collections.

• Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficient in Spanish communication skills.

• Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections effectively.

• Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to achieve performance targets.

• Prior experience working remotely or from home is preferred.

• Must be permanently residing in Mexico or Colombia.

• Must fulfill all specified technical requirements.
