This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized business (SMB) customer accounts through various communication methods, including phone calls, text messages, and emails.
• Collaborate with customers to create sustainable payment plans that align with Forward's business goals.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for recovering payments from customers, achieving incentive compensation goals.
• Utilize knowledge of legal collections processes to enhance customer engagement and facilitate resolutions.
• Consistently update the status of accounts and outline next steps in Salesforce CRM.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Collections.
• Strong ability to listen to customer needs, communicate effectively, respond with empathy, and meet monthly recovery targets for overdue customer balances.
• A collaborative team player who proactively asks questions and proposes improvements to existing processes and systems.
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Competitive mindset with the capability to maintain focus and work independently to complete tasks.
• Proficient in navigating multiple computer applications concurrently.
