📋 Description

• Reach out to consumers through phone calls, emails, and mail concerning overdue accounts.

• Facilitate payment arrangements in line with company guidelines.

• Accurately record all interactions and updates related to accounts.

• Comply with federal and state regulations regarding collections, including the FDCPA.

• Achieve performance targets while upholding exemplary customer service standards.

• Prior experience in collections or customer service is preferred.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Capability to maintain professionalism and empathy during difficult discussions.

• Basic computer skills and a willingness to adapt to new systems.

• Bilingual abilities are advantageous, though not required.
