Collection Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Act as the key point of contact between military operations, intelligence analysts, and collection organizations.

• Identify, prioritize, and oversee intelligence collection requirements to support military operations and strategic goals.

• Coordinate and align collection activities across various intelligence disciplines and operational participants.

• Provide counsel to leadership on defense-related intelligence priorities, military capabilities, emerging threats, and operational needs.

• Convert commander and operational information requirements into actionable strategies and directives for collection.

• Incorporate real-time operational and battlefield intelligence into the planning and execution of collection processes.

• Collaborate with Saudi Arabian, allied, and partner military organizations to ensure that collection efforts align with joint mission goals.

• Oversee collection operations and evaluate their effectiveness against established intelligence requirements.

• Assist in mission planning, execution, and after-action evaluations through expertise in collection management.

• Ensure adherence to military procedures, intelligence oversight mandates, security protocols, and operational standards.

• Create intelligence collection plans, reporting frameworks, and management briefings for senior leaders.

• Recognize intelligence deficiencies and propose collection strategies to enhance situational awareness and operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geospatial Intelligence, GIS, Geography, Political Science, Military Science, Intelligence Studies, Operational Research, Data Science, or a related discipline.

• At least 8 years of pertinent professional experience in intelligence operations, collection management, military operations, or related fields.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience leading military collection teams in joint operational settings.

• Strong comprehension of intelligence collection disciplines, military operations, and operational planning methodologies.

• Experience collaborating with joint, coalition, or multinational military entities.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience briefing senior military and government officials.
