This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as Aspire's leading technical advisor for strategic Collaboration initiatives.
• Facilitate customer discovery workshops to pinpoint business goals, operational hurdles, and technical needs.
• Craft solution architectures that align with customer objectives, industry best practices, and Aspire standards.
• Deliver technical recommendations to a diverse audience, including engineers and executive leadership.
• Assist in the creation of proposals, Statements of Work, technical responses, and solution documentation.
• Offer technical guidance throughout the implementation phase to ensure solutions meet design specifications and fulfill customer expectations.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify, qualify, and cultivate Collaboration opportunities.
• Provide technical leadership during customer interactions, demonstrations, workshops, and executive presentations.
• Aid in solution positioning, competitive differentiation, and pricing strategies for complex projects.
• Act as the technical steward for Aspire's Collaboration Practice, ensuring the ongoing advancement of technical standards, competencies, and solution quality.
• Create and maintain solution standards, reference architectures, design methodologies, and best practices.
• Assess emerging technologies, manufacturers, and service offerings to enhance Aspire's Collaboration portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to develop repeatable solution offerings and improve consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Promote continuous improvement through refined processes, documentation, and sharing of technical knowledge.
• Sustain productive relationships with strategic technology partners through regular interactions, roadmap assessments, technical briefings, and collaborative customer initiatives.
• Work together with Engineering and Service Delivery to ensure the successful deployment and transition of Collaboration solutions.
• Serve as a senior escalation resource for intricate technical issues and architecture evaluations.
• Guide engineers, architects, and sales teams through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and technical leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and reinforce Aspire's role as a trusted technology advisor.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Over 10 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise Collaboration solutions.
• Significant customer-facing consulting and solution architecture expertise.
• Experience in supporting enterprise sales engagements from the discovery phase through solution design.
• Solid understanding of enterprise collaboration, calling, contact center, and associated networking technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Cisco Collaboration certifications (CCNP Collaboration, CCIE Collaboration, or equivalent).
• Microsoft Teams and/or Zoom certifications.
• Experience in developing technical standards, solution portfolios, or practice capabilities.
• Proven experience in mentoring technical teams.
• Background in a value-added reseller (VAR) or systems integrator setting.
• Experience in supporting managed services and lifecycle offerings.
