This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collaborate with seasoned PMHNPs to provide care for low- and medium-acuity psychiatry patients utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
β’ Perform chart reviews and offer timely advice on diagnoses, treatment plans, medication management, and clinical escalations.
β’ Review and approve prescriptions, including controlled substances when legally allowed and clinically suitable.
β’ Be available during designated working hours and at the conclusion of PMHNP shifts as required by state regulations.
β’ Mentor clinicians while upholding Legion's clinical standards, documentation requirements, and responsible-prescribing practices.
β’ Assist in broadening access to high-quality psychiatric care throughout the United States.
β’ An active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
β’ MD or DO physician credentials.
β’ Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry.
β’ Strong skills in clinical assessment, diagnostics, and medication management.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
β’ Comfort with providing care remotely and utilizing electronic health record systems.
β’ A commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
β’ Comfort in reviewing and authorizing prescriptions, including controlled substances, based on independent clinical judgment and relevant laws.
β’ Capability to operate within Legionβs clinical protocols.
β’ Active DEA individual practitioner registration is requested in the application process.
