This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Collaborate with seasoned PMHNPs to provide care for low- and medium-acuity psychiatry patients utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
• Perform chart evaluations and deliver prompt recommendations regarding diagnoses, treatment strategies, medication management, and clinical escalations.
• Review and approve prescriptions, including controlled substances, when legally allowed and clinically suitable.
• Maintain availability during designated working hours and at the conclusion of PMHNP shifts as mandated by relevant state regulations.
• Mentor healthcare professionals and uphold Legion’s clinical standards, documentation requirements, and responsible prescribing practices.
• Assist Legion in broadening access to premium psychiatric services throughout the United States.
• MD or DO degree.
• A valid, unrestricted medical license to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in the field of psychiatry.
• Strong skills in clinical assessment, diagnostics, and medication management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort with providing care remotely and utilizing electronic health record systems.
• Dedication to patient-centered, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
• Ease in reviewing and authorizing prescriptions, including controlled substances, based on independent clinical judgment and relevant laws.
• Willingness to accept Legion’s monthly supervisory compensation rates.
