This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
β’ Collaborate with seasoned PMHNPs to provide care for low- and medium-acuity psychiatry patients utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
β’ Perform chart evaluations and offer prompt advice on diagnoses, treatment strategies, medication administration, and clinical escalations.
β’ Review and approve prescriptions, including controlled substances when legally allowed and clinically suitable.
β’ Be accessible during designated working hours and at the conclusion of PMHNP shifts as required by relevant state regulations.
β’ Guide clinicians and uphold Legion's clinical standards, documentation requirements, and responsible-prescribing practices.
β’ Assist Legion in broadening access to high-quality psychiatric services throughout the United States.
β’ Must be a Collaborating Psychiatrist (MD or DO).
β’ Hold an active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
β’ Possess strong skills in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and medication management.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
β’ Comfortable providing remote care and utilizing electronic health record systems.
β’ Commitment to delivering patient-centered, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
β’ Board certification or eligibility in psychiatry is necessary.
β’ Capability to review and authorize prescriptions, including controlled substances, based on independent clinical judgment and relevant laws.
β’ Willingness to accept Legionβs monthly supervisory compensation rates.
