This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Collaborate with seasoned PMHNPs to treat patients with low to medium-acuity psychiatric needs using evidence-based methods.
• Conduct comprehensive chart reviews and offer prompt guidance on diagnoses, treatment strategies, medication management, and clinical escalations.
• Review and authorize prescriptions, including controlled substances when legally permissible and clinically suitable.
• Be available during designated working hours and at the conclusion of PMHNP shifts as required by relevant state regulations.
• Mentor clinicians while reinforcing Legion’s clinical standards, documentation requirements, and responsible-prescribing practices.
• Assist Legion in broadening access to high-quality psychiatric care throughout the United States.
• Provide timely clinical guidance and independent prescribing decisions when legally allowed and clinically appropriate.
• Possess an active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Hold an MD or DO degree.
• Be board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry.
• Exhibit strong skills in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and medication management.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Be comfortable providing care remotely and utilizing electronic health record systems.
• Show commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
• Ability to review and authorize prescriptions, including controlled substances, in line with applicable laws and clinical protocols.
• Set your own schedule to achieve a favorable work-life balance.
• Work from home using secure telehealth and clinical systems.
• Enjoy substantial administrative support, including scheduling, insurance verification, billing, prior authorizations, and pharmacy coordination.
• Follow rigorous, evidence-based protocols and utilize objective diagnostic tools for responsible prescribing.

• Legion will recruit and vet the PMHNPs you support.
• Experience clinical autonomy and independent medical judgment within evidence-based protocols.
