Collaborating Psychiatrist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide clinical supervision remotely for our employed Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.

• Conduct supervision sessions at least once a month (20-30 minutes) for each NP using the Zoom link provided by Thriveworks.

• Be available via text or email to address inquiries during business hours (Monday-Friday) with responses on the same business day.

• Perform chart and progress note reviews as mandated by state regulations and governing authorities.

• Additional supervision may be requested by the provider based on the clinical requirements or complexity of the NP's practice.

• Complete a brief 1-page Google Document following each monthly supervision session for every collaborating NP.

• Remain updated on company policies and program guidelines.

• Fulfill annual training requirements as stipulated by the HR department.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Psychiatry.

• Active and unrestricted licenses in Georgia.

• At least 2 years of experience supervising residents or mid-level practitioners.

• Must be open to supervising a minimum of 4 Nurse Practitioners.

• No malpractice payouts, disciplinary actions regarding licensure, or criminal/professional investigations within the past 5 years.

• You should possess a compact license or be willing to obtain one, or be licensed in multiple states.
