This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Offer clinical guidance and support to a Virtual Nurse Practitioner in California, ensuring exceptional patient care through monthly one-on-one check-ins.
β’ Evaluate medical records as mandated by state laws and Sprinter Health policies.
β’ Guarantee adherence to evidence-based clinical guidelines and protocols designed for telemedicine.
β’ Engage in case reviews, clinical audits, and quality enhancement initiatives to uphold high care standards.
β’ Ensure that all clinical activities are in compliance with relevant state and federal regulations regarding telemedicine.
β’ Perform any additional responsibilities as needed to adjust to the evolving requirements of the business.
β’ Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree in the state of California.
β’ Active and unrestricted medical license in California.
β’ At least 5 years of clinical experience, with prior supervisory or collaborative experience preferred.
β’ Familiarity with telemedicine and remote patient monitoring tools.
β’ Outstanding communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills.
β’ Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
