Collaborating Physician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Offer clinical guidance and support to a Virtual Nurse Practitioner in California, ensuring exceptional patient care through monthly one-on-one check-ins.

• Evaluate medical records as mandated by state laws and Sprinter Health policies.

• Guarantee adherence to evidence-based clinical guidelines and protocols designed for telemedicine.

• Engage in case reviews, clinical audits, and quality enhancement initiatives to uphold high care standards.

• Ensure that all clinical activities are in compliance with relevant state and federal regulations regarding telemedicine.

• Perform any additional responsibilities as needed to adjust to the evolving requirements of the business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree in the state of California.

• Active and unrestricted medical license in California.

• At least 5 years of clinical experience, with prior supervisory or collaborative experience preferred.

• Familiarity with telemedicine and remote patient monitoring tools.

• Outstanding communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
