Cold Caller – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Make outbound cold calls utilizing a supplied script.

• Reach out to potential clients through prewritten email follow-ups.

• Log all activities and information into HubSpot CRM.

• Update notes and progress deals through various stages within the CRM.

• Arrange phone appointments for potential clients to consult with our sales professionals.

• Meet a minimum target of 50 calls/contacts daily.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.

• Experience with CRM software, ideally HubSpot.

• Capability to effectively follow scripts and prewritten email templates.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Goal-driven with a strong ambition to achieve and surpass objectives.

• Prior experience in a similar position is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Internet Connection: Primary internet must have a minimum speed of 15 Mbps, with a backup connection of at least 10 Mbps that can support work during power outages.

• Primary Device: Desktop or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor, plus a minimum of 8 GB RAM.

• Backup Device: Must equal or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor, be operational during power interruptions, have a functional webcam, a noise-canceling USB headset, and a quiet, dedicated home office space. Additionally, a smartphone for communication and verification purposes is required.
