Cold Caller / Appointment Setter – Insurance, Medicare Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls using provided lead lists through CallTools or a similar VoIP system.

• Interact with prospects in a professional, clear, and compliant manner.

• Evaluate prospects based on established qualification criteria.

• Provide a high-level introduction to brokerage services (no policy sales involved).

• Arrange appointments for licensed agents.

• Precisely document call outcomes, dispositions, and notes in the dialer or spreadsheet.

• Ensure the confidentiality of all prospect information.

• Adhere to approved scripts, call flows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Engage in initial training and coaching offered during the onboarding process.

• Native or near-native English speaking accent is essential.

• Previous experience in outbound cold calling or appointment setting is required.

• Familiarity with calling U.S.-based prospects is necessary.

• Possess a clear and professional phone presence.

• Strong listening skills and meticulous attention to detail are crucial.

• Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural tone is important.

• Comfortable documenting detailed call notes and outcomes.

• Experience in the insurance or Medicare sector is a plus (not mandatory).

• High reliability and punctuality are expected.

• Ability to quickly establish rapport over the phone is essential.
