This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.
• Act as a representative for Clark Energies and assist in onboarding new clients.
• Reach out to leads provided by the company to arrange qualified appointments.
• Handle incoming calls and transform prospects into scheduled appointments.
• Organize, modify, and confirm appointments as necessary.
• Maintain effective communication with both consultants and clients.
• Engage in company communication platforms.
• Gather client feedback and referrals.
• Ensure the accuracy of appointments and compliance with company standards.
• Educate homeowners on the advantages of renewable energy during initial interactions.
• A minimum of 7 years in direct sales, phone sales, or a combination of both.
• Previous experience in scheduling phone appointments is essential.
• Prior experience in phone sales is required.
• Experience in COLD-CALLING is necessary.
• Must have complete proficiency in Ring Central software.
• Previous experience working remotely is mandatory.
• Must be proficient in technology and software.
• Must have a laptop or desktop and a noise-canceling headset.
