This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Reach out to potential clients in the US and Australia through calls and emails to arrange appointments.
• Follow up with leads generated from marketing initiatives and referrals.
• Keep an updated calendar of scheduled calls and demonstrations.
• Accurately document all communications in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and weekly goals for appointment setting.
• Screen and evaluate leads to ensure they possess the necessary competencies and technical skills.
• Create and maintain a prospecting database or CRM, ensuring all information is precise.
• Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience as an appointment setter with international clients.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to work during graveyard shifts.
• Familiarity with contemporary technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP.
• Proficient with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
• Understanding of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).
• Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and instant messaging.
