Appointment Setter, Sales Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Assess leads by evaluating income, household size, and ACA eligibility criteria.

• Recognize Qualifying Life Events (QLEs).

• Perform preliminary screenings for ACA and private PPO alternatives.

• Schedule appointments with a low likelihood of no-shows.

• Address objections with professionalism and assurance.

• Conduct follow-ups through text campaigns and email communication.

• Keep precise records and notes in the CRM system.

• Proficient/Fluent in English with a neutral or light accent.

• Strong and confident communication skills suitable for U.S. customer interactions.

• Previous experience with U.S. clients or in call center settings.

• Highly organized, detail-focused, and oriented towards achieving results.
