Coding Specialist, Indonesian – Freelance AI Trainer Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Engage with AI models on software engineering tasks and technical scenarios in Indonesian.

• Validate logical accuracy and programming fluency.

• Evaluate the naturalness and correctness of Indonesian language usage.

• Document reproducible error traces.

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Challenge advanced language models on software engineering subjects to record failure modes and strengthen model reasoning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Indonesian.

• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.

• Expertise in software architecture.

• Experience in both frontend and backend development.

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure.

• Understanding of systems programming.

• Knowledge of asynchronous programming.

• Experience with RESTful API integration.

• Knowledge of memory management.

• Understanding of object-oriented design principles.

• Awareness of secure coding practices.

• Familiarity with debugging distributed systems.

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.

• Practical coding experience, technical writing in Indonesian, or contributions to open-source projects indicate suitability.

• Effective metacognitive communication skills and the ability to demonstrate your work.

• Must have access to a secure computer and high-speed internet.
