Coding Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Engage with advanced language models regarding asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding practices, and debugging distributed systems.

• Interact with models on software engineering tasks and technical scenarios in Spanish (Spain).

• Validate logical consistency and coding proficiency.

• Evaluate the naturalness and accuracy of Spanish language usage.

• Document reproducible error traces and outline failure modes.

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Assist in generating high-quality training data for AI models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Spanish (Spain).

• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming.

• Familiarity with asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding practices, and debugging distributed systems.

• A bachelor's, master's, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred.

• Practical coding experience, technical writing in Spanish, or contributions to open-source projects indicate suitability.

• Ability to communicate clearly and metacognitively, demonstrating your thought process.

• The contractor must provide a secure computer and reliable high-speed internet connection.
