Coding Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Evaluate advanced language models concerning asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding practices, and debugging distributed systems.

• Engage with the model on software engineering tasks and technical scenarios in Portuguese.

• Validate logical accuracy and coding proficiency.

• Analyze the naturalness and correctness of Portuguese language usage.

• Capture reproducible error traces.

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and assessment metrics.

• Document failure modes to strengthen model reasoning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Portuguese (Portugal).

• Strong coding skills in algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming.

• In-depth knowledge of asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding practices, and debugging distributed systems.

• A bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical field is preferred.

• Practical coding experience, technical writing in Portuguese, or contributions to open-source projects are advantageous.

• Excellent metacognitive communication skills and the ability to demonstrate your work.
