Coding Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Engage with language models regarding software engineering tasks and technical scenarios in Marathi.

• Evaluate logical consistency and coding proficiency.

• Analyze the naturalness and accuracy of Marathi language applications.

• Document reproducible error traces and detail failure modes.

• Propose enhancements for prompt engineering and assessment metrics.

• Challenge sophisticated language models on software engineering topics to enhance AI reasoning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Marathi.

• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming.

• Familiar with asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding practices, and debugging of distributed systems.

• A bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred.

• Practical coding experience, technical writing in Marathi, or contributions to open-source projects indicate suitability.

• Strong metacognitive communication skills and the ability to articulate your thought process.

• Contractor must provide a secure computer and reliable high-speed internet connection.
