Coding Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage with language models regarding software engineering tasks and technical scenarios in Brazilian Portuguese.

• Ensure logical accuracy and coding proficiency.

• Evaluate the naturalness and correctness of Portuguese language application.

• Document reproducible error traces.

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and assessment metrics.

• Challenge sophisticated language models on software engineering subjects and record failure modes to enhance model reasoning.

• Proficient in Brazilian Portuguese.

• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.

• In-depth understanding of software architecture.

• Experience in both frontend and backend development.

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and systems programming.

• Knowledge of asynchronous programming.

• Experience with RESTful API integration.

• Understanding of memory management.

• Knowledge of object-oriented design principles.

• Awareness of secure coding practices.

• Experience in debugging distributed systems.

• Ability to verify logical accuracy and coding fluency.

• Technical writing skills in Portuguese or contributions to open-source projects indicate suitability.

• Clear metacognitive communication is crucial.

• A bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical field is preferred.
