Coding Specialist – Fluent in Telugu, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Engage with language models on software engineering tasks and technical scenarios in Telugu.

• Validate logical correctness and programming fluency.

• Evaluate the naturalness and accuracy of Telugu language usage.

• Document reproducible error traces.

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Challenge sophisticated language models on software engineering subjects.

• Record failure modes to enhance model reasoning and strengthen AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Telugu.

• Strong coding skills in algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming.

• Capability to work with asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding practices, and debugging of distributed systems.

• A bachelor's, master's, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical field is preferred.

• Practical coding experience, technical writing in Telugu, or contributions to open-source projects indicate suitability.

• Strong metacognitive communication skills and ability to demonstrate your work.

• Must have a secure computer and high-speed internet access.

• Contract work arrangement.
