Coding Specialist, Fluent in Spanish – Latin America, Freelance AI Trainer Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Engage advanced language models on software engineering subjects and technical scenarios in Spanish (Latin America)

• Interact with models regarding software engineering tasks

• Validate logical soundness and coding proficiency

• Evaluate the naturalness and correctness of Spanish language usage

• Document reproducible error traces and outline failure modes

• Recommend enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

• Assist in developing high-quality training data for AI models

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Spanish (Latin America)

• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming

• Experience with asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding practices, and debugging distributed systems

• Capability to validate logical soundness and coding proficiency

• Technical writing in Spanish or contributions to open-source projects indicate suitability

• Effective, metacognitive communication—demonstrating your thought process—is crucial

• A bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical discipline is preferred
