Coding Specialist, Fluent in Spanish, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Engage with AI models on software engineering tasks and technical scenarios in Spanish (Latin America).

• Challenge advanced language models regarding coding and software engineering subjects.

• Validate logical accuracy and coding fluency.

• Evaluate the naturalness and correctness of Spanish language usage.

• Document reproducible error traces and capture model failure modes.

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Contribute to strengthening AI model reasoning and developing training data for next-generation AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Spanish (Latin America).

• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming.

• Familiarity with asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding practices, and debugging distributed systems.

• Capability to validate logical accuracy and coding fluency.

• Skill in assessing the naturalness and correctness of Spanish language usage.

• Strong metacognitive communication skills and the ability to articulate your thought process.

• A bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.

• Practical coding experience, technical writing in Spanish, or contributions to open-source projects are indicative of a good fit.
