Coding Specialist – Fluent in Russian – Freelance AI Trainer Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Engage with language models regarding software engineering tasks and technical scenarios in Russian.

• Validate logical correctness and programming proficiency.

• Evaluate the fluency and accuracy of Russian language usage.

• Document reproducible error traces and outline model failure modes.

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and assessment metrics.

• Challenge sophisticated language models on software engineering subjects, including asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding practices, and debugging distributed systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Russian.

• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.

• In-depth understanding of software architecture.

• Expertise in both frontend and backend development.

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure.

• Knowledge of systems programming.

• Experience with asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding practices, and debugging distributed systems.

• Capability to verify logical accuracy and coding proficiency.

• Ability to evaluate the naturalness and correctness of Russian language usage.

• Effective metacognitive communication skills and the ability to "show your work."

• A bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical field is preferred.

• Practical coding experience, technical writing in Russian, or contributions to open-source projects are indicative of a good fit.
