Coding Specialist, Fluent in Indonesian – Freelance AI Trainer Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Engage with language models on software engineering tasks and technical scenarios in the Indonesian language.

• Ensure logical correctness and fluency in coding.

• Evaluate the naturalness and accuracy of Indonesian language usage.

• Document reproducible error traces and model failure modes.

• Propose enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Assist in training and strengthening advanced AI language models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in the Indonesian language.

• Strong knowledge in algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming.

• Familiarity with asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding standards, and debugging distributed systems.

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.

• Practical coding experience, technical writing in Indonesian, or contributions to open-source projects are indicators of suitability.

• Ability to communicate clearly and metacognitively, demonstrating your thought process.

• Must have a secure computer and high-speed internet access for contract work.
