Coding Specialist, Fluent in Hindi – Roman Script

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Engage with language models on software engineering tasks and technical scenarios in Hindi (Roman Script)

• Validate logical accuracy and coding proficiency

• Evaluate the naturalness and correctness of Hindi language usage

• Record reproducible error traces and document failure modes

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

• Assist in training and refining advanced AI model reasoning for software engineering

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Hindi (Roman Script)

• Strong background in algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming

• Familiarity with asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding practices, and debugging distributed systems

• Capability to validate logical accuracy and coding proficiency

• Skill in assessing the naturalness and correctness of Hindi language usage

• Experience in technical writing in Hindi (Roman Script) or contributions to open-source projects indicate a good fit

• Strong metacognitive communication skills and the ability to articulate your thought process

• A bachelor's, master's, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical field is preferred
