Coding Specialist, Fluent in Hindi – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Engage with sophisticated language models on software engineering tasks and technical scenarios in Hindi.

• Validate logical consistency and coding proficiency.

• Evaluate the naturalness and accuracy of Hindi language usage.

• Document reproducible error traces and record model failure modes.

• Recommend enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Assist in training and fortifying AI models for software engineering reasoning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in coding with algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming.

• Proficient in Hindi.

• Experience in asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding practices, and debugging distributed systems.

• Capability to verify logical consistency and coding proficiency.

• Capability to evaluate the naturalness and accuracy of Hindi language usage.

• Strong metacognitive communication skills and the ability to demonstrate your work.

• A bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical field is preferred.

• Practical coding experience, technical writing in Hindi, or contributions to open-source projects indicate a strong fit.
