Coding Specialist, Fluent in German – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in discussions with advanced language models regarding software engineering tasks and technical scenarios in German.

• Validate logical accuracy and programming proficiency.

• Evaluate the naturalness and correctness of the German language usage.

• Document reproducible error traces and outline failure modes.

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Assist in training and strengthening AI model reasoning for software engineering and German-language skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in German.

• Strong knowledge in algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming.

• Familiarity with asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding practices, and debugging distributed systems.

• Capability to verify logical accuracy and programming fluency.

• Skill in assessing the naturalness and correctness of the German language usage.

• Ability to capture reproducible error traces.

• Aptitude for suggesting improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Clear metacognitive communication skills and the ability to “show your work.”

• A bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical field is preferred but not mandatory.

• Practical coding experience, technical writing in German, or contributions to open-source projects indicate suitability.
