Coding Specialist, Fluent in French – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Engage with language models on software engineering tasks and technical scenarios in French.

• Validate logical accuracy and coding proficiency.

• Evaluate the naturalness and correctness of French language usage.

• Document reproducible error traces and model failure modes.

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Assist in training and fortifying advanced language model reasoning for software engineering.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in coding related to algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming.

• Fluency in French is essential.

• Knowledge of asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding practices, and debugging distributed systems.

• Capability to verify logical accuracy and coding proficiency.

• Skill in assessing the naturalness and correctness of French language usage.

• Ability to document reproducible error traces.

• Competence in suggesting improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• A bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical field is preferred.

• Practical coding experience, technical writing in French, or contributions to open-source projects indicate a good fit.

• Strong metacognitive communication skills and the ability to “show your work.”
