Coding Specialist, Fluent in Arabic – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Engage with advanced language models on software engineering tasks and technical scenarios in Arabic.

• Validate logical correctness and coding proficiency.

• Evaluate the naturalness and accuracy of Arabic language usage.

• Document reproducible error traces and model failure modes.

• Recommend enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Assist in training and reinforcing next-generation AI models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Arabic.

• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.

• Familiarity with software architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming.

• Experience in asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding practices, and debugging distributed systems.

• Capability to verify logical correctness and coding proficiency.

• Skill in assessing the naturalness and accuracy of Arabic language usage.

• Technical writing in Arabic or contributions to open-source projects are preferred.

• Excellent metacognitive communication skills and the ability to “show your work.”

• Ideally holds a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
