This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop producer hierarchies within the IMPACT system to facilitate accurate reporting and compensation.

• Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to gather intricate information.

• Provide assistance to internal and external clients by employing critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Investigate issues and concerns while recommending enhancements to processes.

• Aid in the final phase of onboarding producers and agencies entering into contracts with Lincoln.

• Ensure precise reporting and producer compensation in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; alternatively, a minimum of an Associate degree may be considered in place of required experience.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Client Customer Support and Operations relevant to the responsibilities of this role.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Competence in navigating various systems, databases, platforms, and software.

• Ability to adapt and remain agile as business needs evolve.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Familiarity with Producer Solutions Operations and/or experience with IMPACT is preferred.

• Capability to assess information and understand the implications of actions or solutions is preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask while maintaining a keen attention to detail is preferred.

• Must meet applicable work authorization requirements; the employer participates in E-Verify.
