This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Organize, assess, and present data from diverse sources concerning Ambulatory Coding and Ambulatory CDI.
• Develop and oversee initiatives, strategies, and goals aimed at performance improvement.
• Generate both ad hoc and regular reports and graphs for internal and external presentations.
• Offer technical support to the coding department.
• Prepare data and visual representations for monthly presentations in various formats.
• Design and maintain templates that assist the Coding team.
• Extract and compile analysis reports that support ongoing efforts for improvement in Coding.
• Residency in Kentucky or Indiana is mandatory.
• A Technical Diploma; certification or degree in Health Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related discipline is required.
• An Associate degree or higher in health information technology or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of relevant job experience is required.
• Experience with EPIC EMR is preferred.
• Familiarity with HCC Coding is preferred.
