Coagulation Territory Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Identify and convert new business opportunities within hospitals and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs)

• Conduct competitive prospecting, including face-to-face cold calling at competitive accounts

• Deliver demonstrations of capital equipment, evaluations, and workflow assessments

• Create compelling proposals, perform ROI analyses, and negotiate profitable, compliant agreements

• Manage and expand existing accounts through structured engagement and relationship building

• Conduct regular in-person visits to ensure customer satisfaction and prevent attrition

• Support standing orders at customer locations and guarantee optimal inventory management

• Collaborate frequently with Sales Administration, Marketing, Logistics, and Distribution teams

• Maintain an expert-level understanding of Stago instrumentation, reagents, and workflow solutions

• Analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to guide strategic execution

• Act as the primary customer point of contact for issue identification and triage

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field

• 2-3 years of clinical sales experience or 3-5 years of technical field experience, or 5 years of clinical lab experience required OR 12 months of Stago experience in a sales or technical role

• ASCP certification preferred, capital sales experience is strongly preferred

• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless a legally required accommodation is provided

• Valid driver's license required

• Up to 80% travel, including overnight stays, within the assigned territory
