This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee and manage Career Coach Supervisors who provide services for the SECO Program.
• Accountable for the performance of contracts, compliance, and staffing needs.
• Create and implement operational policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Ensure that operational performance, quality control, and other performance metrics are achieved.
• Supervise the hiring process to guarantee adherence to contract specifications.
• Collaborate effectively with the Career Center Manager and Advising Services Operations Manager.
• Master's degree in Career Counseling, Higher Education Administration/Leadership, Counseling, Education, or a related discipline.
• At least five (5) years of experience in supporting contact center operations or a similar service department.
• Eight years of personnel management and staff supervision, preferably with experience in a remote work environment.
• A minimum of five years of experience as a professional career counselor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and various technological tools.
