Coach – Applied AI Engineering, Level 6

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide coaching and mentorship to a group of Level 6 AI Engineering apprentices.

• Conduct engaging one-on-one coaching sessions, workshops, and group learning activities.

• Assist learners throughout the entire machine learning lifecycle, from defining problems to deployment and monitoring.

• Support learners in navigating the End Point Assessment (EPA) and developing their portfolios.

• Advocate for responsible AI, including ethics, security, and governance practices.

• Work collaboratively with employers and internal teams to achieve exceptional learner outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or data science.

• Proficient in working with production ML systems.

• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with tools like scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Pandas, NumPy, and Hugging Face / generative AI technologies.

• Knowledge of MLOps, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and SQL.

• A strong enthusiasm for coaching, mentoring, and developing talent in others.
