This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Assist in the procurement of goods and services by generating, updating, and finalizing all purchase requisitions for Digital Technology.
• Identify, research, analyze, and resolve purchasing challenges within the Digital Technology areas.
• Provide a range of support functions within the Vendor Management Office.
• Support project implementations related to Digital Technology VMO.
• Create, maintain, and update process documentation concerning DT purchase requisitioning, invoicing support, and other necessary DT VMO processes.
• Collaborate with VMO team members and other departments to enhance the purchase requisition process.
• Manage various communication forums within the Digital Technology VMO.
• Assist in addressing questions or concerns related to the DT VMO.
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• Basic knowledge of Procurement and Vendor Management principles.
• Familiarity with SAP or SAP Ariba.
• Experience with SharePoint, including internal site administration.
• Experience with Statements of Work (SOWs) and/or other work authorization tools.
• Minimum GPA requirement of 3.0.
