Co-Founder, Head of Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

• You will take charge of, develop, and manage your startup in sectors such as Longevity.

• You will engage in a comprehensive personal development journey designed by unicorn founders, following a fully tailored program that enhances your management of goals, time, and energy.

• You will have access to hiring support through our extensive network of over 50,000 professionals, along with advice and best practices shared by seasoned entrepreneurs.

• You will undergo intensive coaching to prepare your startup for raising millions in funding.

• You will collaborate with us to refine your product until achieving product-market fit, and receive assistance in establishing a sales force or creating a marketing strategy accordingly.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are located in Europe or the Americas, or are willing to relocate.

• You are prepared to take full ownership of your startup and scale it to revenues exceeding €100M.

• You possess outstanding communication skills in English.
