Co-Founder / Head of Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• You will take charge of, develop, and manage your own startup in areas such as HealthTech.

• You will engage in a comprehensive personal development journey designed by successful unicorn founders, following a fully tailored program that improves your goal-setting, time management, and energy management skills.

• You will receive assistance in hiring through our extensive network of over 50,000 professionals, along with guidance and best practices from experienced entrepreneurs.

• You will benefit from intensive coaching to prepare your startup for raising significant funding.

• You will refine your product in collaboration with us until achieving product-market fit and receive help in establishing a sales team or creating a marketing strategy accordingly.

⛳️ Requirements

• You must be located in Europe or the Americas, or be willing to relocate.

• You are ready to take full ownership of your startup and aim to scale it to over €100M in revenue.

• You possess excellent communication skills in English.
