Co-Founder, Founders Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Provide support throughout the entire podcast production process, which includes booking guests, scheduling, and researching both guests and topics.

• Optimize operations by coordinating Riverside recordings, overseeing post-production tasks (audio/video editing), and uploading content to platforms such as Spotify and YouTube.

• Engage in growth initiatives focused on content strategy, monetization, and community development.

• Serve in a strategic support role by managing projects, reviewing analytics, and automating processes — offering significant opportunities to influence the position.

• A strong passion for trading, investing, and podcasts.

• Ideally, prior experience in content creation or startup operations.

• Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.

• Proficiency in German, with native speakers preferred.

• A collaborative team player who takes initiative — you thrive in early-stage environments and work efficiently.
