Co-Founder / CXO Roll-up

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Assuming co-founder level responsibilities for managing an innovative, VC-backed technology firm.

• Overseeing M&A and transaction execution along with operations/value creation initiatives.

• Operating the business as a general manager with objectives related to profit, revenue, cash flow, and quality.

• Assembling, leading, and inspiring a dynamic and results-driven team.

• Detecting opportunities for enhancement in a proactive entrepreneurial manner.

• Cultivating relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.

• Strong aspiration to establish a company.

• Professional experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, or private equity.

• Extensive knowledge in an industry that is conducive to roll-ups.

• Experience with the origination, negotiation, and execution of M&A transactions.

• Exceptional degree/MBA from a prestigious university.

• Proven history of accomplishments.

• Capability to work autonomously, in a structured manner, and goal-focused.

• High level of comfort with analytics and numerical data.

• Team-oriented and driven.

• Proficient in English.
