This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Strategy — Enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing strategy, and product positioning.

• Customer Development — Oversee pilot projects with practice owners and revenue cycle leaders, convert these into paid partnerships, and establish the go-to-market strategy.

• Product — Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering teams to launch Version 1 and refine it based on user feedback.

• Capital — Spearhead the seed funding initiative, leveraging FutureSight's network and established traction.

• Team — Recruit and guide the founding team while laying down the cultural foundation of the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Domain & Workflow Depth: You possess direct experience with healthcare revenue cycles, medical billing, or denial management. You comprehend the subtle distinctions in denial codes, recognize why administrative denials (such as credentialing gaps) are particularly challenging, and have an intuitive grasp of the fragmented systems (e.g., Tebra, eClinicalWorks, Availity) that billers are required to navigate.

• Prior founding experience at a venture-backed organization.

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, encompassing sales and customer engagement.

• Proficiency in fundraising, with the capability to craft investor narratives and secure capital.

• Demonstrated ability to attract, nurture, and retain high-caliber talent.

• Realistic understanding of the risks and responsibilities associated with co-founding a venture-backed enterprise.
