This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Strategy — Enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing strategy, and product positioning.
• Customer Development — Manage pilot programs with practice owners and revenue cycle leaders, transition them to paid contracts, and create the go-to-market strategy.
• Product — Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering teams to launch Version 1 and refine it based on user feedback.
• Capital — Spearhead the seed funding round, leveraging FutureSight's network and momentum.
• Team — Recruit and guide the founding team while establishing the company's cultural foundation.
• Domain & Workflow Depth: You possess direct experience in healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, or denial management. You recognize the subtle differences in denial codes, understand the unique challenges posed by administrative denials (such as credentialing issues), and have an intuitive grasp of the fragmented systems (e.g., Tebra, eClinicalWorks, Availity) that billing professionals must navigate.
• Prior founding experience in a venture-backed organization.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, encompassing sales and customer engagement.
• Proficient in fundraising, with the capability to create compelling investor narratives and secure capital.
• Established ability to attract, nurture, and retain high-caliber talent.
• A realistic understanding of the risks and demands associated with co-founding a venture-backed enterprise.
