This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Oversee the strategic direction and implementation of the venture.
β’ Enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing strategy, and product positioning.
β’ Manage pilot programs with compliance and revenue cycle leaders, transition them to paid partnerships, and develop the go-to-market strategy.
β’ Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering teams to launch Version 1 and continuously improve based on user feedback.
β’ Lead the seed funding round, leveraging FutureSight's network and established traction.
β’ Recruit and guide the founding team while establishing the companyβs cultural framework.
β’ Prior experience as a founder in a venture-backed startup.
β’ Proven track record in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, including sales and customer engagement.
β’ Proficiency in fundraising, with the capability to create compelling investor narratives and secure funding.
β’ Established ability to attract, nurture, and retain high-caliber talent.
β’ Realistic understanding of the challenges and responsibilities associated with co-founding a venture-backed company.
β’ Expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and workflow: comprehensive operational knowledge in healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, or denial management. You should possess an intuitive grasp of the operational distinctions between clinical/coding denials and administrative challenges. Familiarity with the fragmented nature of smaller EHR/PM systems and the "band-aid" technology stacks utilized by billers is essential.
