Co-Founder, CEO – AI WealthTech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Establish the strategic direction of the venture and oversee its implementation.

• Enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing strategy, and product positioning.

• Manage pilot programs with independent Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), converting them into paid partnerships, and develop the go-to-market strategy.

• Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering teams to launch Version 1 and adapt based on user feedback.

• Lead the initial fundraising efforts, leveraging FutureSight's connections and market traction.

• Assemble and guide the founding team while laying the cultural groundwork for the organization.

• Prior founding experience at a venture-backed enterprise.

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, including sales and customer relations.

• Proficiency in fundraising, with the capability to create compelling investor narratives and secure funding.

• Demonstrated skill in attracting, nurturing, and retaining high-caliber talent.

• A realistic understanding of the challenges and responsibilities of co-founding a venture-backed startup.

• Direct experience with WealthTech and AI agents/large language models (LLMs).
