Co-Founder, CEO – AI WealthTech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Define the vision of the venture and oversee its implementation

• Enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing strategy, and product positioning

• Conduct pilot programs with independent Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), transition them into paid partnerships, and establish the go-to-market strategy

• Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering team to launch Version 1 and iterate based on user feedback

• Spearhead the seed funding initiative, leveraging FutureSight's network and market traction

• Assemble and guide the founding team, while laying the cultural groundwork for the organization

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a founder in a venture-backed enterprise

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, encompassing sales and customer engagement

• Proficiency in fundraising, with a capability to craft investor narratives and secure capital

• Established ability to attract, nurture, and retain exceptional talent

• A realistic understanding of the challenges and responsibilities associated with co-founding a venture-backed firm

• Direct experience in WealthTech, AI agents, and Large Language Models (LLMs)
