Co-Founder – CEO, AI WealthTech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Establish the vision for the venture and oversee its implementation.

• Enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing strategy, and product placement.

• Manage pilot programs with independent Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), transition them to paid agreements, and develop the go-to-market strategy.

• Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering teams to launch Version 1 and refine based on user insights.

• Lead the seed funding initiative, leveraging FutureSight's network and traction.

• Assemble and guide the founding team while laying down the cultural groundwork for the company.

• Prior experience as a founder in a venture-backed organization.

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, including sales and customer interaction.

• Proficiency in fundraising, with the capability to craft investor narratives and secure funding.

• Demonstrated success in attracting, nurturing, and retaining high-caliber talent.

• A realistic understanding of the challenges and responsibilities associated with co-founding a venture-backed company.

• Direct experience in WealthTech and AI agents/LLMs.
