Co-Founder – CEO, AI WealthTech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Define the strategic direction of the venture and oversee its implementation.

• Enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing strategy, and product positioning.

• Conduct pilot programs with independent Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), transition them into paid partnerships, and establish the go-to-market strategy.

• Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering teams to launch Version 1 and refine based on user feedback.

• Lead the seed funding round, leveraging FutureSight's network and existing traction.

• Assemble and guide the founding team while laying down the cultural groundwork for the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a founder in a venture-backed enterprise.

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, encompassing sales and customer engagement.

• Proficiency in fundraising, including crafting investor narratives and securing capital.

• Established capability to attract, nurture, and retain high-caliber talent.

• A realistic understanding of the risks and challenges associated with co-founding a venture-backed company.

• Direct experience in WealthTech, AI agents, or large language models (LLMs).
