This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing strategy, and product positioning, including the decision-making process between consumer returns-driven (B2C commerce) and warranty & credit-driven (B2B supply chains).
• Spearhead pilot programs with organizations focused on operations-heavy commerce, retail, or supply chains, transition them to paid partnerships, and establish the go-to-market strategy.
• Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering teams to launch Version 1 and refine it based on user feedback, emphasizing intake intelligence, policy enforcement, dynamic routing, and financial closure.
• Drive the seed funding initiative, leveraging FutureSight's network and existing traction.
• Assemble and guide the founding team while laying the cultural groundwork for the company.
• Prior founding experience at a venture-capital-backed organization.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, including sales and customer engagement.
• Proficient in fundraising, with the capability to craft investor narratives and secure capital.
• Demonstrated ability to attract, nurture, and retain high-caliber talent.
• Realistic understanding of the challenges and responsibilities associated with co-founding a venture-backed startup.
• Direct experience in operations-heavy commerce, supply chain, or logistics sectors, with hands-on involvement in returns, warranty, fulfillment, or post-sale processes, along with familiarity with AI agents/LLMs.
